Preparing for Camp

What to Bring to Camp

Each Day Campers Need:

  • Light Snack to be enjoyed between classes  (non-refrigerated / non-microwavable items).
  • Full Day Campers - Lunch to be enjoyed  during 30 minute lunch period (non-refrigerated / non-microwavable items).
  • Water (labeled with name).
  • Wear Camp Shirt (will receive first day).
  • Please have your child wear appropriate clothing and footwear for their class. 
  • We suggest they bring a bag to carry snack and their projects, etc. 
  • Please leave any extra items at home (cell phones, games, etc.) that are not needed for classroom use. 

**Please label your child’s belongings** 


Drop-Off Procedure

  • Guardian must sign camper in each morning - no drop off.
  • Know your first class of the day!
  • Find your first period class (assistants can direct you as needed/signs on the windows). 
  • Guardian will sign camper in with Teaching Assistant each morning.
  • Teaching Assistants available for sign-in starting as early as 8:40 on most mornings - if additional set up time is needed in a particular classroom please be patient if dropping off early! 
  • If more than one camper allow time to sign each in at their respective class.
  • Later arrivals sign in with administrator. 

Pick Up Procedure

  • Approved guardian must sign camper out each afternoon.
  • NO drive thru pick up.  Please park and follow procedure below.
  • Know your final class of the day so you can find your camper at their classroom! 
  • Teaching Assistant will call campers out for pickup once signed out.
  • TK/Kindergarten - Please line up in designated area to be called up one at a time to sign your camper out. 


If your camper has a short day and you are going to drop-off or pick up after 1st period, 2nd period, or 4th period you will sign them in and/or out at the outdoor tables under the awnings. Please ask them to meet you there.
