Preparing for Camp

What to Bring to Camp

Each Day Campers Need:

Partial/Half Day Campers - Light Snack to be enjoyed between classes (non-refrigerated / non-microwavable items)
Full Day Campers - Lunch to be enjoyed during 30 minute lunch period (non-refrigerated / non-microwavable items)
Water (labeled with name)
Wear Camp Shirt (will receive first day)
Please have your child wear appropriate clothing and footwear for their class.
Please leave any extra items at home (cell phones, games, etc.) that are not needed for classroom use.

**Please label your child’s belongings**

Drop-Off Procedure

Guardian must sign camper in each morning - no drop off.
Know your first class of the day!
Each first period class is assigned a Teaching Assistant for the Week.
Find the Teaching Assistant holding the sign for your First Period Class.
Guardian will sign camper in with Teaching Assistant each morning.
Teaching Assistants available for sign-in starting at 8:40. Campers cannot be dropped off earlier.
Teaching Assistant brings campers to their classroom at 8:55.
If more than one camper allow time to sign each in at their respective class.
Later arrivals sign in with administrator.

Pick Up Procedure

Approved guardian must sign camper out each afternoon.
NO drive thru pick up. Please park and follow procedure below.
Know your final class of the day so you can find your camper!
Guardian will find Teaching Assistant holding sign for third or fifth period class and sign their camper out with Teaching Assistant.
Teaching Assistant assigned to Third/Fifth Period Class for the Week will bring campers out for pickup.
Please wait until Teaching Assistant has all the campers in their group settled before asking to sign them out - please be patient.
