2026 Interest Forms Available February 1st - March 15th
Volunteer with Creative Arts Workshop
We are looking for volunteers who love working with children and want to have fun while engaging with our campers and supporting our teachers!
- Open to middle school and high school students.
- Potential volunteers must apply during one of our application sessions.
- STEMs Grow STEM Ambassadors do not need to attend an application session. For more information on this program click below.
- If selected all Middle School volunteers, and those in High School who have not yet volunteered with us, will need to attend a mandatory training session.
- Note that the application pool for these positions has grown significantly year-over-year so this is a competitive process.
Application Session and Training
During application session potential volunteers will get familiar with the classes offered and will learn more about expectations. Applications will be completed.
- No need to register on CAW website. You will be notified, following session, if selected as a volunteer and sent all relevant forms to be completed.
- Application session is for potential volunteers only. Parents will drop off. Volunteer coordinator will be available for questions from parents following session.
- If selected all Middle School volunteers, and those in High School who have not yet volunteered with us, will attend a Mandatory training session.

Application sessions will be held in March and April and you will be contacted once your interest form is submitted with the dates to choose from.
All those who attend session will be notified by May 1st of selection outcome.
Trainings will be in May.
